Ultimate and Intimate Fudge

I have just been to Burford Garden Company for tea, and had the most delicious, scrumptious fudge. Now this is what fudge should taste like; creamy, soft, gooey and oh so melt in the mouth. It was a moment of sweet bliss!


This fudge is made especially in the Cotswolds by the Artisan Baker, aka pastry chef extraordinaire Ori Hellerstein.

Having been trained at the French cookery school, Le Cordon Bleu, he then became pastry chef for a top London restaurant. His ultimate dream was to come to the Cotswolds and set up his own shop making the best breads and pastries, and so he did, and now appears at the famous Stroud Farmers Market every Saturday.

Now he is making fudge. We are very happy.
